The Service allows you to generate unique endpoints to test and inspect HTTP requests sent to those endpoints. You may use the services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include uploading illegal, abusive or malicious content.
Data Collection and Use
When testing requests, Checkpost.io stores the request details such as IP address, HTTP attributes, content and attachments. Checkpost.io also stores your email, name, and any profile picture associated with your account. This data is used to provide the request inspection services and associated user accounts.
Intellectual Property
The content and code remains the intellectual property of the maintainer. You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through the services.Limitation of Liability
Checkpost.io services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. The maintainer is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages relating to use of the services.
Termination
The maintainer reserves the right to terminate accounts or limit access to services at any time, with or without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India.
Modifications to Terms
The maintainer reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time, at his sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Paid subscriptions
Checkpost.io offers paid subscription plans ("Subscription(s)") for access to additional features and capabilities. Subscription fees are recurring and billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. The maintainer reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Notice will be provided before changes take effect for current Subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by you. You can manage and cancel your Subscription through your account settings. Refunds are provided without any hassle for Subscription fees charged in the current billing cycle. Access to paid features requires an active Subscription. Downgrades or cancellations may result in loss of access and data associated with those paid features.
Subdomain Ownership
If you're using a custom subdomain from Checkpost.io, we reserve the right to reclaim the subdomain if needed, particularly if it is necessary for brand compliance, to prevent confusion among users, or to maintain the integrity and reputation of our Service.
